Monitor for Compaq (HP) agents.

This monitor extends a number of other monitors to use SNMP and CPQHOST-MIB
to check servers.

This is activated by

DESCRIBE features=remote,compaq host

and applies to the procsname, cpu, and disk monitors.

This is especially useful for servers running Windows NT that does not
support HOST-RESOURCES-MIB.
