Monitor for Compaq (HP) IDA controllers.

The monitor uses SNMP and the CPQIDA-MIB to check the IDA (Integrated Drive
Array) for disk and RAID problems.

The controller monitor does not have any private parameters. Usage is simply

DESCR features=compaq host
host	cpqida

whereas the disk monitors needs to know the index of their controller
(defaults to controller 0):

DESCR features=compaq host
host	cntlr=5 idadisk cntlr=5 logdisk
