Monitor for Compaq (HP) IDE controllers.

The monitor uses SNMP and the CPQIDE-MIB to check the IDA (Integrated Drive
Array) for disk and RAID problems.

The controller monitor does not have any private parameters. Usage is simply

DESCR features=compaq host
host	cpqide

whereas the disk monitor needs to know the index of its controller
(defaults to controller 0):

DESCR features=compaq host
host	cntlr=1 idedisk cntlr=1 logdisk
